Moen & Case LLP to Expand to New Space at Historic Monadnock Building in Chicago

Moen & Case LLP is pleased to announce that it will be relocating its offices on May 1, 2012 to the historic Monadnock Building at 53 West Jackson Boulevard in the heart of the loop in downtown Chicago.  The new space will feature expanded office and conference space and serve as a central location from which to serve the firm's clients nationally and internationally.  

As part of this transition, Moen & Case will no longer maintain office space in Ann Arbor.  However, partner Zachary V. Moen will continue to be available to meet clients in the Detroit / Ann Arbor area by appointment.

Moen & Case LLP Partner Zachary V. Moen to Serve as Adjunct Professor of Law

Moen & Case LLP partner Zachary V. Moen has accepted an invitation from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Ann Arbor to serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law for the Spring 2012 semester.  Mr. Moen will teach an upper class course titled "Art, Cultural Heritage, and the Law" which will cover freedom of expression, copyright, moral rights, architectural works, museums, art merchants, quality and authenticity of art, title of art, cultural heritage and war, international trade of cultural property, and expolration and appropriation of indigenous cultures. 

Moen & Case LLP Engaged to Represent the Musicians of the Lyric Opera of Chicago

Moen & Case LLP is honored to have the privilege of representing the musicians of the Lyric Opera of Chicago in upcoming contract negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement.  Moen & Case LLP was selected by the Chicago Federation of Musicians (AFM Local 10-208) and the Lyric players' committee after a nationwide search.
